Digital Products – Meditation Courses
Our meditation courses and other digital content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the purchase is completed. Since these products are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned after they are accessed or downloaded.

Refund Conditions (Digital Products):
• Refunds for digital products will only be considered if the product has not been accessed or downloaded, and the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• If you experience technical issues, please report them within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving any issues to ensure you can access the product.

Physical Products – Five Senses Collection
For physical products such as sensory tools from our SENSORY AWAKENING-Five Senses Collection, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions (Physical Products):
• Items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• The original receipt must be included.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process returns or exchanges. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Validity for Returns & Exchanges
• For digital products, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
• For physical products, return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date for local orders, and within 40 days for international orders.
• All returns for physical products must be processed through our online portal at www.nowreboot.com.

Online Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
•Include the original receipt and ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
•Fill out the Exchange/Return Request Form available on our website, and follow the instructions.
•Mail your return via traceable postage.
• Once your return is processed (within 5 working days), we will issue a Store Credit Voucher via email.
• All refunds for returns will be provided as Store Credit Vouchers, valid for 30 days. Store credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in physical boutiques.
• Store Credit Vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
•Store credits will be issued at the purchase price listed on the original invoice. Shipping costs for the original, returned, or exchanged items will not be refunded.
•If a defective or incorrect item is received, Now Reboot will cover the return shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a similar item, store credits, or other alternatives at our discretion.
•International returns: Taxes, duties, and shipping fees incurred for international orders on both returned and exchanged items are non-refundable.

Other Terms & Conditions
• Returns and exchanges can only be processed once per order.
•We reserve the right to deny free returns if you attempt to return the same item(s) from a previous order.
•Our policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of products.
• Now Reboot makes no express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Our returns and exchanges policy is governed by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Hong Kong.
•All decisions made by now reboot regarding returns and exchanges are final.
